PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody floor material capable of enhancing sound-proofness to an impact sound, even if an impact load acts on a surface, without hindering a stepping feeling of the floor material.SOLUTION: A woody floor material 1 comprises at least a woody base material 2, an impact cushioning material 3 laminated on a reverse surface 2b of the woody base material 2 and a sheet material 4 laminated on a reverse surface 3b of the impact cushioning material 3. The sheet material 4 is formed with a plurality of projection parts 42, 42, etc. projected toward the impact cushioning material 3 side. The respective projection parts 42 are buried in the impact cushioning material 3, and the sheet material 4 is also laminated on the impact cushioning material 3 so as to form a cushioning layer 31 composed of a part of the impact cushioning material 3 between a tip part of the respective projection parts 42 and the reverse surface 2b of the woody base material 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
