METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOODY FLOOR MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a woody floor material which can reduce an amount of a coloring material to be used in a surface portion of a base material, and can easily perform selective different coloring on the surface portion and a V groove portion of the base material.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a woody floor material which adheres a transparent film 60 on a surface portion 20 and a V groove portion 21 of a base material 1 having the V groove portion 21 and manufactures the woody floor material, a coloring material 31 is supplied to the V groove portion, then the transparent film adheres on the surface portion and is pressurized along the V groove portion from the above of the transparent film, and the coloring material and the transparent film are tightly contacted.
【課題】 基材の表面部に対する着色材料の使用量を少なくすることができ、容易に基材の表面部とＶ溝部に選択的に異なる着色を施すことが可能な、木質床材の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 Ｖ溝部２１を有する基材１の表面部２０及びＶ溝部２１に透明フィルム６０を接着して製造する木質床材の製造方法であって、Ｖ溝部に着色材料３１を供給した後、透明フィルムを表面部に接着し、次いで透明フィルムの上からＶ溝部に沿って加圧し、着色材料と透明フィルムを密着する。【選択図】図１
