REINFORCEMENT JOINING TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement joining tool for improving alignment accuracy of mutual end surfaces of reinforcements, and preventing or restraining this accuracy from deteriorating with time.SOLUTION: A reinforcement joining tool comprises a fixed clamp part 2 fixed to a support body 1 for sandwiching one of a pair of reinforcements being a joining object, a sliding clamp part 3 for moving to the support body 1 integrally with a sliding body 3A for sliding to the support body 1 and sandwiching the other A of the reinforcement, an extension part 3A1 which connects the sliding body 3A and the sliding clamp part 3, and an adjustment member 5 provided by sandwiching the extension part 3A1 and dislocating a cross-sectional center phase of the reinforcement sandwiched by the sliding clamp part 3 by push-moving the extension part 3A1 in the thickness direction of the extension part 3A1, and the adjustment member 5 comprises a piece part 5A opposed to both surfaces in the thickness direction and a fastening part 5B formed in a plurality of places along the direction including at least the extension direction among the sliding direction of the sliding body 3A and the extension direction of the extension part 3A1, in the piece part 5A, and having the tip of a screw 6 inserted toward the extension part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋の端面同士の芯合わせ精度を向上すると共に、この精度が経時的に悪化するのを防止あるいは抑制する鉄筋接合用工具を提供する。【解決手段】接合対象である一対の鉄筋の一方を挟持するために支持体1に固定されている固定クランプ部2と、支持体1に対して摺動する摺動体3Aと一体で支持体1に対して移動する、前記鉄筋の他方Aを挟持する摺動クランプ部3と、摺動体3Aと摺動クランプ部3とを連結した延長部3A1と、延長部3A1を挟んで設けられ、延長部3A1を該延長部3A1の厚さ方向に押し動かすことで摺動クランプ部3に挟持されている鉄筋の断面中心位相をずらす調整部材5と、を備え、調整部材5は、前記厚さ方向両面に対向する片部5Aと、該片部5Aにおいて前記摺動体3Aの摺動方向と前記延長部3A1の延長方向とのうちの少なくとも前記延長方向を含む方向に沿って複数箇所に形成され、ネジ6の先端が前記延長部に向けて挿通される締結部5Bとを有する。【選択図】図1
