SCREW MEMBER FIXING STRUCTURE, SCREW MEMBER FIXING METHOD, AND FIXING STRENGTH MANAGEMENT METHOD OF SCREW MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance fixing strength and durability of a screw member to a fixation target base material, and facilitate management of the fixing strength.SOLUTION: Screw member fixing structure includes: an anchor hole B to be formed in a fixation target base material C of concrete or the like; a screw member 10 having a body male screw part 13 to be inserted in the anchor hole B; and a bonding agent A interposing between the screw member 10 and an inner surface of the anchor hole B. The screw member fixing structure is configured such that screw threads 13a enters spiral screw grooves D formed in the inner surface of the anchor hole B by the spiral screw threads 13a of the body male screw part 13, and the bonding agent A interposes between an outer surface of the screw member 10 and the inner surface of the anchor hole B, and thereby the screw member 10 is fixed to the fixation target base material C. Grooves 20 are formed along the axial direction in the body male screw part 13, and the bonding agent A enters the grooves 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】固定対象母材へのネジ部材の定着強度と耐久性をより高めるとともに、その定着強度の管理を容易にする。【解決手段】コンクリート等の固定対象母材Ｃに形成されるアンカー孔Ｂと、アンカー孔Ｂ内に差し入れられる本体雄ネジ部１３を有するネジ部材１０と、ネジ部材１０とアンカー孔Ｂの内面との間に介在する結合剤Ａとを備えたネジ部材の固定構造において、前記本体雄ネジ部１３の螺旋状のネジ山部１３ａによってアンカー孔Ｂの内面に形成された螺旋状のネジ溝Ｄにネジ山部１３ａが入り込み、且つ、ネジ部材１０の外面とアンカー孔Ｂの内面との間に結合剤Ａが介在して、ネジ部材１０が固定対象母材Ｃに固定されているネジ部材の固定構造とした。本体雄ネジ部１３に軸方向に沿って溝部２０が形成され、溝部２０に結合剤Ａが入り込んでいる。【選択図】図３
