To provide a screw fixing structure and a screw fixing method for an upper frame 6 of a transom space R to be fixed with screws without a deformed state due to excessive screwing, for preventing the upper frame 6 from inadvertently falling off, in a partition 1 where a transom plate does not incorporate in the transom space R.SOLUTION: In a screw fixing structure and a screw fixing method for an upper frame in partitions, in a state in which a spacer 8 placed in a gap S between an upper rail piece 5b and an upper frame lower piece 6b penetrates through a through-hole 6h provided in the upper frame lower piece 6b, an upper edge part 8a of the spacer abuts on an upper rail piece 5b of a ceiling rail and a screw head 7a abuts on a lower edge part 8b, and thereby a screw 7 cannot be screwed further, so that the upper frame 6 can be fixed in a state where the deformation of the upper frame 6 is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】欄間空間Ｒに欄間板が組み込まれていない間仕切り１において、欄間空間Ｒの上枠６が不用意に脱落するのを防止するため、上枠６が、過剰螺入による変形がない状態でネジ固定する。【解決手段】レール上片部５ｂと上枠下片部６ｂとのあいだの間隙Ｓに配されるスペーサ８を、上枠下片部６ｂに設けた貫通孔６ｈを貫通する状態で、スペーサ上端縁部８ａが天井レールのレール上片部５ｂに当接し下端縁部８ｂにネジ頭部７ａが当接して、これ以上のネジ７の捩じ込みができない状態とすることで、上枠６の変形防止がなされた状態での該上枠６のネジ固定ができるようにする。【選択図】図５
