FRAME ASSEMBLY OF LATTICE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framer assembly of a lattice structure utilizable as a frame structure for a side frame for supporting both ends of the frame structure for a loading space of a rack.SOLUTION: A lattice material 6 is composed of a hollow material having a width narrower than a width between both side plate parts 11a and 12a of column materials 5a and 5b but wider than a half of the width between both side plate parts, and two lattice material end parts 6a or 6b adjacent in the length direction of the column materials 5a and 5b in a state of mutually inclining in the inverse direction, are formed in a fork state by a slit 18 cut-out/formed in parallel to the lattice material length direction from an intermediate position in the width direction of the edge side of the respective lattice material end parts, and these fork-shaped both lattice material end parts 6a or 6b are overlapped in a mutually fitting state in the width direction between both side plate parts 11a and 12a of the column materials 5a and 5b, and an overlapping part of these both lattice material end parts 6a or 6b is constituted by being fixed by a common fastener 20 between both side plate parts 11a and 12a of the column materials 5a and 5b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ラックの荷台用フレーム構造体の両端を支持する側枠用フレーム構造体として活用出来るラチス構造のフレーム組立体を提供する。【解決手段】ラチス材6は、支柱材5a,5bの両側板部11a,12a間の巾よりも狭いが当該両側板部間の巾の半分よりも広い巾を有する中空部材から成り、互いに逆向きに傾斜する状態で前記支柱材5a,5bの長さ方向に隣り合う2本のラチス材端部6a又は6bは、各ラチス材端部の端辺の巾方向中間位置からラチス材長さ方向と平行に切欠き形成されたスリット18により二股状に形成され、この二股状の両ラチス材端部6a又は6bが、支柱材5a,5bの両側板部11a,12a間の巾方向に互いに嵌合し合う状態に重ね合わせられ、この両ラチス材端部6a又は6bの重なり部が、支柱材5a,5bの両側板部11a,12a間で共通の止着具20により固定された構成。【選択図】図4
