The invention provides a jig frame for assembling a latticed column and a using method. The jig frame comprises a base, a plurality of connecting rods and a plurality of connecting rods, at least two groups of limiting vertical plates are oppositely arranged on the base, and the distance between the two groups of limiting vertical plates which are oppositely arranged is adjustable; the transverse supporting plate is located between the two sets of limiting vertical plates which are oppositely arranged and used for supporting the latticed column component; and the telescopic rod is located between the two sets of limiting vertical plates which are oppositely arranged and used for abutting against the latticed column component and the limiting vertical plates. According to the method, the influence on precision and efficiency caused by repeatedly adjusting the distance between the unwelded ends of the latticed column components in the construction process can be avoided; meanwhile, the jig frame is a shaping component, and the adjusting precision of the jig frame is not affected by experience and skills of constructors. The jig frame not only can be used for assembling the single latticed columns, but also can be used for assembling a plurality of single latticed columns into a composite latticed column, and is high in practicability.
本发明提供一种格构柱拼装用的胎架及使用方法,所述胎架包括:底座;限位竖板,其在所述底座上至少相对设置两组,相对设置的两组所述限位竖板的间距可调;横托板,其位于相对设置的两组所述限位竖板之间,用于承托格构柱部件;伸缩杆,其位于相对设置的两组所述限位竖板之间,用于将所述格构柱部件与所述限位竖板抵紧。本发明可以避免施工中反复调整格构柱部件未焊接端的间距而带来的精度和效率的影响;同时,本胎架为定型构件,其调节精度不受施工人员经验技巧的影响。本胎架不仅可以用于拼装单体格构柱,也可用于将多个单体格构柱拼装成复合格构柱,实用性强。
