METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING ARTIFICIAL GROUND IN WHICH BURNED ASH IS AGGREGATE RAW MATERIAL AT DISPOSAL FIELD TRAIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use combustible garbage burned ashes which are subjected to landfill disposal by a large amount as an aggregate raw material, construct an artificial ground on a final disposal field landfill trail for covering whole surface of the trail, in which penetration of rain water is prevented, a stable ground is made in which the garbage accumulation capacity is hardly changed, and in which a solar power generation plant is made, as a measure of the final disposal site in which a residue capacity is tight and exhaustion may occur soon.SOLUTION: A kneaded mortar formed by blending a proper amount of a harmless stable fixation agent to the combustible garbage burned ashes and adding water, is used. A lattice-state frame mold is assembled at the final disposal site landfill trail which is out of legal control, then a resin bag including fiber is put into the frame mold, and an artificial ground which is connection block configuration formed by filling and solidifying the mortar, is constructed at the final disposal site landfill trail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】残余容量が逼迫し枯渇も時間の問題とされる最終処分場の延命策として、大量に埋立処分されている可燃ごみ焼却灰を骨材原料とし、最終処分場埋立跡地に人工地盤を構築して全面を被覆し、雨水の浸透を防ぎゴミ堆積層の余剰ゴルフ場席変化を起こしずらい安定地盤としソーラー発電基地とする。【解決手段】可燃ゴミ焼却灰に無害安定固化剤を適量配合し水を付加した混練モルタルを、法的規制外の最終処分場埋立跡地に格子状型枠を組立て、型枠内に繊維入り樹脂バッグを装入しモルタルを充填固化した連結ブロック構成の人工地盤を、最終処分場埋立跡地に構築する工法。【選択図】図2
