BURNED RESIDUE DISPOSAL FIELD AND BURNED RESIDUE DISPOSAL METHOD
To provide a burned residue disposal field and a burned residue disposal method capable of solving the problem of the conventional art, that is, suppressing reduction of a waste disposing amount caused by a wall dividing a disposal region.SOLUTION: This burned residue disposal field comprises a division wall in which a plurality of precast blocks are piled up. A disposal region is divided into two or more disposable sections by the division wall. The precast blocks are manufactured through curing after block materials mixing carried-in burned residues, cement, and water are vibrated. In the disposal sections, a plastic mixture formed by adding cement and water to the burned residue and mixing them is uniformly layered, and the surface of the plastic mixture is surface-vibrated to be able to be cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、処分領域を区画割りする壁体によって廃棄物の処分量が減ずることを抑えることができる焼却残渣処分場と焼却残渣処分方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の焼却残渣処分場は、焼却残渣の処分場であって、複数のプレキャストブロックが積み上げられた区画壁を備えたものである。処分領域は、区画壁によって２以上の処分区画に分割される。プレキャストブロックは、搬入された焼却残渣、セメント、及び水を混錬したブロック材料に振動を与えた後に硬化させることで製造される。処分区画には、焼却残渣にセメント及び水を添加して混練した塑性混練物を層状に敷き均すとともに、塑性混練物の表面に対して面振動を与えたうえで硬化させることができる。【選択図】図１
