PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug door opening/closing device and a plug door device capable of stably moving a door in a width direction of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A plug door opening/closing device 10 comprises: a guide member 24 movable in a width direction x; a rail guiding the guide member 24 in the width direction X; a door hanger 25 provided with a door, supported by the guide member 24, and movable in a longitudinal direction Y with respect to the guide member 24; and movement amount interlocking means 60 matching movement amounts of one end and the other end of the guide member 24 in a longitudinal direction Y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
