SUBMERSION PREVENTION STRUCTURE OF QUAKE-FREE BUILDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety performance by preventing a functional disorder from being caused by submersion of a base-isolating device, in a submersion prevention structure of a quake-free building.SOLUTION: A submersion prevention structure of a quake-free building includes: a lower foundation slab 31 that is provided on ground 22; an upper foundation slab 32 that is provided above the lower foundation slab 31 and in which a reactor container 11 is installed; a base-isolating device 33 that has a plurality of seismically isolated structures 36 arranged at predetermined intervals in a horizontal direction between the upper and lower foundation slabs 32 and 31; a drain ditch 42 that is provided on the periphery of the lower foundation slab 31; and a siphon pipe 51 for discharging water in the drain ditch 42 to the outside.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
