RAIL SET, RAIL FITTING STRUCTURE, SLIDING DOOR SET, INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF AND RAIL INSTALLATION JIG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fitting of thin rails 5 for guiding a door roller 15 of a sliding door 10 without using a connecting member, so as to reduce cost and also facilitate installation by simplifying a cutting process at an installation site.SOLUTION: There is provided a rail set in which two rails 5 and an installation jig 20 for installing the rails 5 on a floor F at a prescribed interval are combined. Two recessed strip parts 21 are formed on a rear surface of the installation jig 20 at the same interval in between as that between the rails 5, the recessed strip parts being capable of accommodating the rails 5 in a same way as when fitting the rails on the floor F. The installation jig 20 has a screw insertion hole 22 formed, into which an entire screw S for fixing the rails 5 on the floor F may be inserted. The rails 5 are positioned on the floor F while having the rails 5 fitted in the recessed strip parts 21 of the installation jig 20, the rails 5 are fixed on the floor F with the screw S inserted through the screw insertion hole 22, and the installation jig 20 is removed from the fixed rails 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】引戸扉１０の戸車１５を案内する薄いレール５を、連結部材を要することなく取り付け得るようにして、コストを低減させるとともに、施工現場での切断作業を容易として施工を容易に行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】２本のレール５と、レール５を床Ｆに所定間隔をあけて取り付けるための施工治具２０とを組み合わせたレールセットを設ける。施工治具２０裏面には、レール５を床Ｆへの取付状態と同じ状態で嵌合可能な２つの凹条部２１がレール５と同じ間隔をあけて形成されている。施工治具２０には、レール５を床Ｆに固定するねじＳの全体が挿通可能なねじ挿通孔２２が貫通して設けられている。施工治具２０を凹条部２１にレール５を嵌合したまま床Ｆ上でレール５を位置決めし、その状態でねじ挿通孔２２を挿通するねじＳによりレール５を床Ｆに固定し、その固定されたレール５から施工治具２０を取り外す。【選択図】図５
