ANTI-SLIP PROCESSING METHOD FOR FLOOR, ANTI-SLIP FLOOR STRUCTURE, AND ANTI-SLIP FLOORING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-slip processing method for a floor, an anti-slip floor structure and an anti-slip flooring material that enable anti-slip processing on an existing floor also, for enhancing anti-slip performance by filling particles densely, while maintaining sufficient glossiness and image clarity at a high level, and facilitating thorough cleaning.SOLUTION: An anti-slip processing for a floor includes: a masking step in which a masking sheet 12 is bonded on a floor surface 10, the masking sheet having a plurality of openings 11 dispersedly formed thereon; a particle filling step in which a plurality of particles 8 is filled in the opening 11; an adhesive application step in which an adhesive 9A is filled in the opening 11 for fixing the particles 8 in the opening 11 on a flooring material 5; and a masking sheet removal step in which the masking sheet 12 is removed after the adhesive 9A is cured. An anti-slip part 6 comprising an aggregate of the plurality of particles 8 is formed dispersedly on the floor surface 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】既存の建築物の床に対しても防滑処理が可能であるとともに、粒子を密に充填して防滑性を向上でき、しかも光沢性を十分に確保して鮮映性を高いレベルに保持でき且つ清掃性を十分に確保可能な床防滑処理方法及び防滑床構造並びに防滑床材を提供する。【解決手段】複数の開口部11を分散配置したマスキングシート12を床表面10に貼り付けるマスキング工程と、開口部11内に複数の粒子8を充填する粒子充填工程と、開口部11内に接着剤9Aを充填して、開口部11内の粒子8を床材5に固定する接着剤塗布工程と、接着剤9Aの乾燥後、マスキングシート12を除去するマスキング除去工程とを備え、複数の粒子8の集合体からなる防滑部6を、床表面10に分散形成する。【選択図】図7
