ANTI-SLIP FLOORING MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANTI-SLIP FLOORING MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FLOOR BY USING ANTI-SLIP FLOORING MATERIAL
Provided are an anti-slip flooring material, a method for manufacturing the anti-slip flooring material, and a method for constructing the floor by using the anti-slip flooring material. The anti-slip flooring material comprises a polyolefin powder, and the polyolefin powder is coated with a silane. In addition, the anti-slip flooring material comprises: a base for a flooring material, comprising a polyolefin powder and a polymer for a flooring material; and a curing agent for a flooring material, comprising a polymer curing agent, wherein the polyolefin powder is coated with a silane. The method for manufacturing the anti-slip flooring material can comprise the steps of: forming a polyolefin powder by pulverizing polyolefin pellets; and coating the polyolefin powder with a silane. The method for constructing the floor by using the anti-slip flooring material comprises a step of forming an anti-slip layer by coating the floor with an anti-slip flooring material comprising a silane-coated polyolefin powder.
Cette invention concerne un matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant, un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant, et un procédé de formation d'un plancher au moyen dudit matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant. Ledit matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant comprend une poudre de polyoléfine, et ladite poudre de polyoléfine est enrobée d'un silane. Ledit matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant comprend en outre : une base pour une matériau de revêtement de sol comprenant une poudre de polyoléfine et un polymère pour un matériau de revêtement de sol ; et un durcisseur pour un matériau de revêtement de sol, comprenant un durcisseur polymère, ladite poudre de polyoléfine étant enrobée d'un silane. Selon un mode de réalisation, ledit procédé de fabrication du matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant comprend les étapes consistant à : former une poudre de polyoléfine par pulvérisation de granules de polyoléfine ; et enrober la poudre de polyoléfine d'un silane. Ledit procédé de formation d'un plancher au moyen dudit matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant consiste à former une couche antidérapante en revêtant le sol d'un matériau de revêtement de sol antidérapant comprenant une poudre de polyoléfine enrobée de silane.
