PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective facility from a flying object and an installation method for the protective facility from a flying object for appropriately protecting an object to be protected installed at a location with an open top surface.SOLUTION: A protective facility from a flying object is installed for an object to be protected surrounded by wall surfaces, protects a top surface of the object to be protected from a flying object, and includes a covering unit installed in a direction orthogonal to a reference wall surface among the surrounding wall surfaces, in parallel with the reference wall surface, and covering from one of the walls intersecting with the reference wall surface to the other of the walls intersecting with the reference wall surface. The covering unit is supported on the wall surface, with a base isolation mechanism in between for reducing vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】上面が開放されている位置に設置されている保護対象を好適に保護することができる飛来物防護設備及び飛来物防護設備の設置方法を提供することにある。【解決手段】壁面で周囲が囲われた保護対象物に対して設置し、保護対象物の上面を飛来物から保護する飛来物防護設備であって、壁面の内の１つの基準壁面に直交する方向に並列に配置され、基準壁面に交差する一方の壁面から基準壁面に交差する他方の壁面までを覆う被覆ユニットを有し、被覆ユニットは、振動を低減する免震機構を介して壁面に支持されている。【選択図】図２
