FLYING OBJECT PROTECTION FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying object protection facility capable of preferably protecting equipment as a protection object by efficiently absorbing an impact energy of a flying object.SOLUTION: A flying object protection facility 20 includes: a protective net 22 which is disposed covering a protection object equipment 10 as an object to be protected from a flying object; and a support mechanism 24 for supporting the protective net 22 so that a covering plane P2 of the protective net 22 makes a predetermined angle with respect to an installation plane P1 on which the protection object equipment 10 is installed. The support mechanism 24 has an engine frame 28 which is disposed around the protection object equipment 10; and a border rope 30 which is connected with the engine frame 28 and the protective net 22 and is arranged to hang up a central area of the protective net 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
