HINGE STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge structure in which inverse folding between panels hardly occurs and failure such as connection of panels being disconnected hardly occurs, even when an external force acts in an inversely folding direction, when the panels are connected in a foldable manner.SOLUTION: A hinge structure 3 in which panels 2 are connected in a foldable manner includes: a support shaft 51 which becomes a rotary shaft when rotating the panel 2; and a groove part 61 which is provided on one side surface of a vertical frame 23 of the panel 2 and in which the support shaft 51 is inserted. The groove part 61 has a rotary protrusion 65 which protrudes toward the inserted support shaft 51. An outer peripheral surface 53 of the support shaft 51 includes a brake part 55 which brakes the rotation of the rotary protrusion 65. When the rotary protrusion 65 comes into contact with the brake part 55, if the rotary protrusion 65 is configured so as to be hooked with the brake part 55, even when an external force which causes the rotary protrusion 65 to ride over the brake part 55 acts on, the rotary protrusion 65 is not disconnected from the brake part 55 easily, and the panel 2 is not disconnected from the support shaft 51 easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】パネル同士を折り畳み可能に連結した時に、逆折れする方向に作用しても、パネル同士の逆折れが生じにくく、パネルの連結が外れるような不具合が生じにくいヒンジ構造を提供する。【解決手段】パネル2同士を折り畳み可能に連結したヒンジ構造3であって、パネル2を回動させる時にその回転軸となる支軸51と、パネル2の縦枠23の一側面に設けられて前記支軸51が挿入される溝部61とを備え、溝部61は、挿入された支軸51に向けて突出する回動凸部65を備え、支軸51の外周面53は、回動凸部65の回動を制動する制動部55を備え、回動凸部65が前記制動部55に当接した際、回動凸部65は、制動部55に引っ掛かるように構成すれば、回動凸部65が制動部55を乗り越えるような外力が作用しても、回動凸部65が制動部55から容易に外れず、パネル2が支軸51から容易には外れないようにすることができる。【選択図】 図9
