PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced resin composition with quick-drying properties, which can withstand walking and various shocks, and a waterproof structure including the fiber-reinforced resin composition.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 1 includes a substrate 9, and a fiber-reinforced resin composition 10 that is formed on the substrate 9. In the fiber-reinforced resin composition 10, a glass-chopped strand mat 12 is impregnated with a polymer cement composition 11 obtained by mixing and stirring a polymer emulsion and a filler containing cement, and the polymer cement composition is hardened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
