To provide a fiber-reinforced resin-reinforced concrete material that can be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced resin-reinforced concrete material 1 includes a cylindrical net body 11 and concrete 12. The cylindrical net body 11 is embedded between the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the hollow columnar concrete 12, and an axis in a cylinder direction of the cylindrical net body 11 and an axis in a longitudinal direction of a column of the concrete 12 are coaxial. The cylindrical net body 11 is a connected body of cylindrical net body parts 21 made of carbon fiber reinforced resin, and each cylindrical net body part 21 is connected by a joint part 22.
