A male connecting part 4 comprises an engaging groove 14 hollowed upward at its bottom edge, an inclined piece 11 formed by inclining a bottom edge of an indoor side face of the engaging groove 14 toward indoor side, a dropout preventive piece 13 formed by making a tip of the inclined piece 11 protrude substantially horizontal direction toward outdoor side. A female connecting part 5 comprises a fitting groove 22 hollowed downward at its upper end, an inclined face 17 formed by inclining the bottom edge of the outdoor side face of the fitting groove 22 toward indoor side and a dropout preventive groove 19 formed by hollowing an intermediate part of the inclined face 17 toward outdoor side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
