ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTOR REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE AND ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collector reinforcement structure capable of comparatively easily performing reinforcement and securing a necessary bearing force and to provide an electric dust collector.SOLUTION: An electric dust collector reinforcement structure includes: a column material 8 and a beam material 9 bearing a load to an electric dust collector; and a reinforcement material 11 for a column and a reinforcement material 12 for the beam disposed at the column material 8 and the beam material 9 caused with defective parts and connected to the column material 8 and the beam material 9 at positions out of the defective parts. The reinforcement material 11 for the column and the reinforcement material 12 for the beam have strength capable of enduring stress and deformation caused by the load to the electric dust collector by the column material 8, the beam material 9, the reinforcement material 11 for the column and the reinforcement material 12 for the beam even when the transmission of a force does not occur in the vicinity of the defective parts of the column material 8 and the beam material 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】比較的簡易に補強を行うことができ、かつ、必要な耐力を確保することが可能な電気集塵装置補強構造及び電気集塵装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】電気集塵装置補強構造は、電気集塵装置にかかる荷重を負担する柱材8及び梁材9と、欠損部が生じた柱材8及び梁材9に設けられ、欠損部から外れた位置で柱材8及び梁材9と接続された柱用補強材11及び梁用補強材12とを備え、柱用補強材11及び梁用補強材12は、柱材8及び梁材9の欠損部近傍で力の伝達が生じない場合でも、柱材8及び梁材9と柱用補強材11及び梁用補強材12によって、電気集塵装置にかかる荷重によって生じる応力及び変形に耐えることが可能な強度を有する。【選択図】図2
