The present invention relates to a swing door opened or closed in a swing manner by rotating a door leaf forward and backward and, more specifically, to a swing door having a sagging prevention function, capable of preventing the other side of a swing shaft of a door leaf from sagging downwards due to the self-load. According to the present invention, the swing door includes: a door leaf; a support frame provided in the upper part of the door leaf; and a swing unit combining the upper part of one side of the door leaf with the support frame to be rotatable. The swing unit includes: a swing shaft; an upper combination block fixed and combined with the support frame, and with which the upper part of the swing shaft is fixed and combined; a lower combination block fixed and combined with one side of the door leaf, and with which the lower part of the swing shaft is combined to be rotatable; and a support block fixed and combined with the upper part of the door leaf, and combined with the upper part of the swing shaft to be rotatable to support the door leaf such that the door leaf does not sag due to the self-load. The bottom of the swing shaft is inclined to the other side such that the other side of the door leaf resists sagging downwards.
본 발명은 문짝이 앞뒤로 회전하여 스윙방식으로 개폐되는 스윙도어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 문짝에서 스윙축이 반대편이 타측이 자중에 의해 하방으로 처지는 것을 방지하는 처짐방지 기능을 갖는 스윙도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 처짐방지 기능을 갖는 스윙도어는 문짝; 상기 문짝의 상부에 구비되는 지지프레임; 상기 문짝의 일측 상부를 상기 지지프레임에 회전 가능하게 결합시키는 스윙유닛;를 포함하여 이루어지는 스윙도어에 있어서, 상기 스윙유닛은 스윙축과, 상기 지지프레임에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 상부가 고정결합시키는 상부결합블럭과, 상기 문짝의 일측에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 하부가 회전 가능하게 결합되는 하부결합블럭과, 상기 문짝의 상부에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되어서, 상기 문짝이 자중에 의해 처지지 않도록 지지하는 지지블럭을 포함하되, 상기 문짝의 타측이 하방으로 처지려는 힘에 저항하도록, 상기 스윙측의 하단은 타측방향으로 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a swing door opened or closed in a swing manner by rotating a door leaf forward and backward and, more specifically, to a swing door having a sagging prevention function, capable of preventing the other side of a swing shaft of a door leaf from sagging downwards due to the self-load. 본 발명은 문짝이 앞뒤로 회전하여 스윙방식으로 개폐되는 스윙도어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 문짝에서 스윙축이 반대편이 타측이 자중에 의해 하방으로 처지는 것을 방지하는 처짐방지 기능을 갖는 스윙도어에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 처짐방지 기능을 갖는 스윙도어는 문짝; 상기 문짝의 상부에 구비되는 지지프레임; 상기 문짝의 일측 상부를 상기 지지프레임에 회전 가능하게 결합시키는 스윙유닛;를 포함하여 이루어지는 스윙도어에 있어서, 상기 스윙유닛은 스윙축과, 상기 지지프레임에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 상부가 고정결합시키는 상부결합블럭과, 상기 문짝의 일측에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 하부가 회전 가능하게 결합되는 하부결합블럭과, 상기 문짝의 상부에 고정결합되고, 상기 스윙축의 상부에 회전 가능하게 결합되어서, 상기 문짝이 자중에 의해 처지지 않도록 지지하는 지지블럭을 포함하되, 상기 문짝의 타측이 하방으로 처지려는 힘에 저항하도록, 상기 스윙측의 하단은 타측방향으로 기울어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
