PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement clinker capable of increasing used amount of municipal refuse incineration used as a raw material of the cement clinker, and a cement clinker capable of reducing elution amount of hexavalent chromium from a solidified improved soil using a solidification agent containing the cement clinker even when the total chromium amount in the cement clinker is large.SOLUTION: There is provided a cement clinker having hydraulic modulus (H.M.) of 2.00 to 2.10, free lime amount of 0.2 to 0.8 mass%, the chromium amount of 200 ppm or more and percentage of hexavalent chromium in the total chromium amount of 10 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】セメントクリンカーの原料として用いられる都市ごみ焼却灰の使用量を増加させることができるセメントクリンカー、及び、セメントクリンカー中の全クロム量が多くても、該セメントクリンカーを含む固化材を用いた固化改良土からの、六価クロムの溶出量を低減することができるセメントクリンカーを提供する。【解決手段】水硬率（Ｈ．Ｍ．）が２．００〜２．１０、フリーライム量が０．２〜０．８質量％、全クロム量が２００ｐｐｍ以上、及び、全クロム量中の六価クロムの割合が１０質量％以下であるセメントクリンカー。【選択図】なし
