MANUFACTURING SYSTEM OF CEMENT CLINKER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF CEMENT CLINKER
To provide a cement clinker manufacturing system capable of generating methane, by obtaining gas containing carbon dioxide of high concentration for methane generation.SOLUTION: A cement clinker manufacturing system comprises: a cyclone preheating device 2; a rotary kiln 3; a calcination furnace 4 for promoting decarboxylation of a cement clinker raw material; a clinker cooler 5; a kiln exhaust gas discharge path 6; a combustion-supporting gas supply path 7 for guiding combustion-supporting gas of which oxygen concentration is heightened compared with air to the calcination furnace 4; a mixing device 8 for mixing carbon dioxide gas-containing exhaust gas and hydrogen gas; a combustion-supporting gas supply device and hydrogen gas supply device (water electrolysis device) 9, a hydrogen gas supply path 10 for guiding hydrogen gas to the mixing device 8; a calcination furnace exhaust gas supply path 11 for guiding carbon dioxide gas-containing exhaust gas to the mixing device; a methane generator 12 for reacting carbon dioxide gas and hydrogen gas contained in the mixed gas to generate methane; and a mixed gas supply path 13 for guiding a mixed gas to the methane generator 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
