PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation management system, a ventilation control device and a program that allow natural ventilation readily and effectively at an office building also.SOLUTION: A ventilation control system includes external wall window opening/closing devices 36a to 36c for opening/closing an external wall window installed on an external wall of a first floor of a building, route window opening/closing devices 37a to 37c for opening/closing a route window located along a ventilation route of the external wall window, and instruction input means 34a to 34c that receive an instruction to open or close the external window from a user. Also included is opening/closing control means 113 that opens/closes the external wall window by controlling the external wall window opening/closing device for opening/closing the external wall window in accordance with an instruction received by the instruction input means, and controls the route window opening/closing device in linkage for opening/closing the route window.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】オフィスビルにおいても、容易かつ効果的に自然通風を行うことができる通風管理システム、通風制御装置およびプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】通風管理システムは、建物の第１のフロアの外壁に設けられた外壁窓を開閉する外壁窓開閉装置３６ａ〜３６ｃと、外壁窓の通風経路上に位置する経路窓を開閉する経路窓開閉装置３７ａ〜３７ｃと、外壁窓についての開放指示および閉鎖指示をユーザから受け付ける指示入力手段３４ａ〜３４ｃとを備える。また、指示入力手段が受け付けた指示に応じて、外壁窓開閉装置を制御して外壁窓の開閉を行うとともに、経路窓開閉装置を連動制御して経路窓の開閉を行う開閉制御手段１１３を備える。【選択図】図３
