To easily perform processing from changing an underfloor layout including an underfloor ventilation port to simulation of underfloor ventilation.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: underfloor layout drawing making means 10 for arranging an item for underfloor ventilation in a foundation drawing of the situation of an underfloor foundation and making an underfloor layout drawing; underfloor layout data output means 11 for outputting underfloor layout data including information showing the shape of the foundation from the underfloor layout drawing and information showing the arrangement and size of an item for underfloor ventilation; and fluid analysis means 12 for inputting the underfloor layout data, analyzing the flow of the underfloor ventilation on the basis of input underfloor layout data and outputting the result of the analysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
