COVERING STRUCTURE AND COVERING METHOD FOR EXISTING DAM BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering structure and a covering method for an existing dam body that cover an existing dam body entirely with a cover plate, instead of repairing only a cracked or peeled part, so as to offer high strength and durability, curtail construction period, and reduce repair costs significantly compared to other repair methods.SOLUTION: A front surface cover plate 2, a rear surface cover plate 3, and a top surface cover plate 4 that cover an existing dam body 51 are made of molded concrete plates. Each of the cover plates 2, 3, 4 on the three surfaces is fixed on the existing dam body 51 with mortar anchors 6, 7 inserted in a depth direction of the existing dam body 51 at upper and lower positions, a mortar precaution reinforcement 8 inserted in a longitudinal direction of the existing dam body 51 and having a bottom end inserted into a base part of the dam body, and a mortar bolt 9. Mortar is filled and solidified as a filler, in a filler space between the cover plates 2, 3, 4 and the existing dam body 51. The configuration may also include a side surface cover plate made of molded concrete plate for covering a side surface of the existing dam body 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】亀裂や剥離が生じた部分のみを補修するのではなく、既設堤体の全体を被覆板で覆って補修するので強度性、耐久性に優れており、しかも既設堤体を生かして施工するので工期が短く、補修費も他の補修方法に比して大幅に節減することができる既設堤体の被覆構造物及びその被覆工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設堤体51を覆う前面被覆板2、後面被覆板3、天面被覆板4はコンクリート成形板からなる。既設堤体51の上下側位置で前後に挿通したモルタル製アンカー6、7と、既設堤体51に縦方向に挿通して下端側を堤体基盤に挿入したモルタル製用心筋8と、モルタル製ボルト9によって3面の被覆板2、3、4の各々を既設堤体51に定着してある。被覆板2、3、4と既設堤体51との充填空間に充填材としてモルタルを充填固化する。既設堤体51の側面をコンクリート成形板からなる側面被覆板で覆う構成にしてもよい。【選択図】図3
