VIBRATION-PROOF STRUCTURE OF UNIT BUILDING AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof structure of a unit building in which a vibration-proof function can be exhibited by connecting left and right building units even if a gap between building units is very small.SOLUTION: A vibration-proof structure is provided for a unit building constituted by bringing two or more building units with the framework formed by beam materials and column materials into an adjacent state to the left and right. Then, the vibration-proof structure includes: an upper surface part 21 bridged between upper flanges 121, 121 of floor beams 12, 12 of both sides sandwiching a gap 101 between the building units being adjacent to the left and right; a lower surface part 22 bridged between lower flanges 122, 122 of the floor beam of both sides across the gap; and a rod-like connection rod part 23 for connecting the upper surface part with the lower surface part in the gap. Also, a guide notch 211 for guiding the connection rod part from a side edge toward a center in the upper surface part is provided, and a head 23a of the connection rod part is formed in the width wider than the guide notch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物ユニット間の隙間が僅かであっても、左右の建物ユニットを連結させて防振機能を発揮させることが可能なユニット建物の防振構造を提供する。【解決手段】梁材と柱材とによって骨組みが形成される建物ユニットを左右に複数、隣接させて構成されるユニット建物の防振構造である。そして、左右に隣接する建物ユニット間の隙間101を挟んだ両側の床梁12,12の上フランジ121,121間に架け渡される上面部21と、隙間を挟んだ両側の床梁の下フランジ122,122間に差し渡される下面部22と、上面部と下面部とを隙間において接続させる棒状の接続棒部23とを備えている。また、上面部には、接続棒部を側縁から中央に向けて導くためのガイド切欠211が設けられるとともに、接続棒部の頭部23aはガイド切欠より広い幅に形成されている。【選択図】図1
