SHUTTER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SHUTTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an outward appearance of an appearance, without risk of contacting with a burr formed in an opening, even if the opening is formed by punching processing.SOLUTION: A shutter curtain is formed by connecting a plurality of slats 9 of combining a fixed blade 15 and a movable blade 16 in the vertical direction. A padding-like projection part 17 extending in the horizontal direction is formed in a plurality at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction on the outdoor side of the fixed blade 15. When forming an opening 14 by punching by a metal mold on the outdoor side from the indoor side in a flat part between the projection parts 17 of the fixed blade 15, a burr is caused in a peripheral edge part of the opening 14. The movable blade 16 can be opened-closed to the fixed blade 15. The projection part 17 of the fixed blade 15 is higher than the burr, and when touching an outdoor side surface of the fixed blade 15 by a hand, a finger is prevented from reaching the opening 14 by the upper-lower projection parts 17, and the finger does not touch the burr. There are no projection part and burr on an indoor side surface of the fixed blade 15, and the outdoor side projection part 17 and the burr can be prevented from visual observation by the movable blade 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】打ち抜き加工で開口を形成しても、開口に形成されるバリに接触するおそれがなく、しかも外観の見栄えを良好にした。【解決手段】固定羽15と可動羽16を組み合わせたスラット9を上下方向に複数連結してシャッターカーテンを形成した。固定羽15の屋外側には水平方向に延びる肉盛状の凸部17を上下方向に所定間隔で複数本形成した。固定羽15の凸部17の間の平坦部に屋内側から屋外側に金型で打ち抜いて開口14を形成すると、開口14の周縁部にバリが生じる。可動羽16は固定羽15に対して開閉可能にした。固定羽15の凸部17はバリより高く、固定羽15の屋外側の面に手で触ると上下の凸部17で開口14に指が届くことを妨げ、バリに触れない。固定羽15の屋内側の面は凸部やバリ等がなく、屋外側の凸部17とバリは可動羽16で目視を妨げることができる。【選択図】図6
