PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control member and a window with the light control member, capable of exhibiting both functions of the anti-fogging function and the daylighting function, in the present invention.SOLUTION: The present invention attains the purpose by providing a light control member having a light deflection part and a light transmission part adjacent to the light deflection part, that is, the light control member in which the light transmission part and the light deflection part are arranged between an incident surface being a surface on the light incident side and an emission surface being a surface on the light emission side and a surface opposed to the incident surface so that an interface between the light transmission part and the light deflection part or an extension surface of the interface crosses with the emission surface and the incident surface, and among the two interfaces possessed by the light deflection part, one is a light reflection surface for reflecting the light incident from the incident surface side to the emission surface side, and a heat storage material is included in at least one of the light transmission part and the light deflection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、防曇機能と採光機能との両方の機能を発揮することが可能な光制御部材および光制御部材付き窓を提供することを主目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、光偏向部および上記光偏向部と隣接する光透過部を有する光制御部材であって、上記光透過部および上記光偏向部は、光が入射する側の面である入射面と、上記光が出射する側の面であり、かつ上記入射面に対向する面である出射面との間に、上記光透過部および上記光偏向部の界面もしくは上記界面の延長面が、上記出射面および上記入射面と交差するようにして配置され、上記光偏向部が有する２つの上記界面のうち一方が、上記入射面側から入射した光を上記出射面側に反射する光反射面であり、上記光透過部および上記光偏向部の少なくとも一方に蓄熱材が含有されていることを特徴とする光制御部材を提供することにより、上記目的を達成する。【選択図】図１
