HEAT INSULATION PAVEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation pavement that has a good heat shield effect and is improved in the abrasion resistance and the slip resistance, and is increased in a coating film life (durability) in the pavement.SOLUTION: A heat insulation pavement 1 has a first thermal barrier layer 3 comprising an alumina aggregate 31 subjected to a surface treatment by using a silane coupling agent and an urethane-based resin 32 containing the alumina aggregate 31 as an outermost surface layer in an asphalt pavement layer 2. The heat insulation pavement has a second thermal barrier layer 4 comprising a rigid aggregate 41 and an acryl resin 42 containing the rigid aggregate 41 as an intermediate layer, and thereby heat shield properties, abrasion resistance, and slip resistance become better.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】良好な遮熱効果を有すると共に、耐摩耗性及び滑り抵抗性について改善し、舗装体における塗膜寿命(耐久性)を向上させた遮熱性舗装体を提供する。【解決手段】アスファルト舗装層2上の最表面層として、シランカップリング剤により表面処理されたアルミナ骨材31と、該アルミナ骨材31を含有するウレタン系樹脂32と、からなる第1の遮熱層3を有する遮熱性舗装体1。硬質骨材41と、該硬質骨材41を含有するアクリル系樹脂42と、からなる第2の遮熱層4を、中間層として有することで遮熱性、耐摩耗性及び滑り抵抗性がより良好なものとなる。【選択図】図1
