VINYL ACETAL POLYMER RESIN COMPOSITION, AND FILM, CERAMIC GREEN SHEET AND LAMINATE EACH USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition that is not only excellent in dispersibility of inorganic particles in a slurry but also excellent in storage stability of a slurry and hardly causes the increase in a production cost.SOLUTION: The resin composition comprises an organic binder and inorganic particles. The organic binder is a vinyl acetal polymer having an acetalization degree of 45 to 85 mol% which is produced by subjecting a copolymer of a polyfunctional monomer having two or more ethylenic double bonds and a vinyl ester monomer to saponification to produce a vinyl alcohol copolymer and subjecting the vinyl alcohol copolymer to acetalization. The vinyl alcohol copolymer contains an ethylenic double bond in the side chain and the molar ratio of the ethylenic double bond to the total molar number of a vinyl alcohol unit, a vinyl ester unit and other monomer units of the vinyl alcohol copolymer is 0.05/100 to 2/100.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】スラリー中の無機粒子の分散性に優れ、スラリーの保存安定性にも優れ、製造コストの上昇を余り招かない樹脂組成物の提供。【解決手段】有機バインダー及び無機粒子を含有し、有機バインダーが、2つ以上のエチレン性二重結合を有する多官能単量体とビニルエステル系単量体との共重合体をけん化して得られるビニルアルコール系共重合体をアセタール化して得られる、アセタール化度が45〜85モル%のビニルアセタール系重合体であり、前記ビニルアルコール系共重合体が側鎖にエチレン性二重結合を含有し、前記ビニルアルコール系共重合体のビニルアルコール単位とビニルエステル単位とその他の単量体単位の合計モル数に対する該エチレン性二重結合のモル比が0.05/100〜2/100である樹脂組成物。【選択図】なし
