CHAIN HANGING METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain hanging metal fitting of a simple configuration that thoroughly prevents a noise generating when inserting/pulling out a chain into/from a hanging ring.SOLUTION: A chain hanging metal fitting (1) is for detachably anchoring a hanging chain (C) on a horizontal member (B) of a building or a civil engineering structure, and includes a clamp part (2) to be fixed to or engaged with the horizontal member, and a hanging ring (3) through which the hanging chain may be inserted. The hanging ring includes a resin coating layer (10) that entirely coats an outer surface at a lower part of the hanging ring. A dimension (h) between a lowest edge of an opening of the hanging ring to a topmost part of the resin coating layer is set in a range between H×1/4 and H×3/4, where H is a height of the opening, and a coating thickness (t) of the resin coating layer is set in a range between 2 and 7 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】吊りチェーンを吊り環に挿通する作業や、吊り環部から吊りチェーンを引き抜く作業において発生する騒音を簡易な構成により確実に防止する。【解決手段】吊りチェーン(C)を建築又は土木構造物の横架材(B)に着脱可能に係留するためのチェーン吊金具(1)は、横架材に固定可能又は係止可能なクランプ部(2)と、吊りチェーンを挿通可能な吊り環部(3)とを有する。吊り環部は、吊り環部の下部外表面を全体的に被覆する樹脂被覆層(10)を有する。吊り環部の開口部の最下端から樹脂被覆層の最上部までの寸法(h)は、開口部の高さ(H)に対し、Ｈ×１／４〜３／４の範囲内の寸法に設定され、樹脂被覆層の被覆厚(t)は、２〜７mmの範囲内の寸法に設定される。【選択図】図３
