LOWER LEADER ATTACHING AND DETACHING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower leader attaching and detaching method capable of easily and safely attaching and detaching a lower leader.SOLUTION: When a lower leader 22 is detached from an upper leader 21, following processes are implemented in the following order: a hinge fitting process to fasten hinge pieces 24, 24of a hinge 24 with a hinge shaft 24facing in horizontal direction on a lower end front surface of the upper leader 21 and an upper end front surface of the lower leader 22 to bendably connect the upper leader 21 and the lower leader 22; a connection release process to release a flange connection by removing a bolt 23 that connects the upper leader 21 and the lower leader 22 by flange connection in a state where the leader 13 inclines backward; and a leader separating process to separate the upper leader 21 and the lower leader 22 by removing the hinge 24 in a state where the lower leader 22 is suspended with a suspender 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】下部リーダの着脱作業を容易かつ安全に行うことができる下部リーダの着脱方法を提供する。【解決手段】上部側リーダ21から下部リーダ22を取り外す場合は、上部側リーダ21の下端部前面と下部リーダ22の上端部前面とに、ヒンジ軸24aを水平方向に向けたヒンジ24のヒンジ片24b、24cをそれぞれ固着して上部側リーダ21と下部リーダ22とを屈曲可能に連結するヒンジ取付工程と、リーダ13を後方に傾斜させた状態で上部側リーダ21と下部リーダ22とをフランジ結合しているボルト23を取り外してフランジ結合を解除する結合解除工程と、下部リーダ22を吊り具26にて吊り上げた状態で前記ヒンジ24を取り外して上部側リーダ21と下部リーダ22とを分離するリーダ分離工程とを順次行う。【選択図】図3
