PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building structure that allows safe interior remodeling and renovation to be performed in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A building structure 1 includes an outer structure 11 having a plurality of storage room units 12 connected in a vertical direction, replaceable constituent members 21a, 21b, 21c, and an inner residential structure 21 where the constituent members may be put in and carried out to/from the storage room 12. Also provided are: a lifting platform 31 and a reactive force receiving platform 41 installed next to each other in a vertical direction on an elevating support 15 hung on both sides along the storage room 12, the platforms capable of being lifted and lowered and temporarily fixed and released; a loading platform 34 installed on the lifting platform 31, capable of advancing/retreating in a forward/backward direction, to be fitted on the loading platform supporting body 32 in an advanced state; elevation driving means 42 interposed between the reactive force receiving platform 41 and the lifting platform 31, capable of relative elevation driving; and supportive driving means 43 interposed between the reactive force receiving platform 41 and the loading platform supporting body 32, capable of supportively driving the loading platform supporting body 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
