To facilitate mounting of a renovated lower frame to an existing lower frame, and to suppress intrusion of flame or the like from an outdoor side lower surface of a new lower frame after the new lower frame is mounted.SOLUTION: A renovated fitting includes a new lower frame attached to an existing lower frame remaining in a skeleton opening part, and an attachment auxiliary member fixed to the existing lower frame. The new lower frame has an engaging piece extending to the indoor side of an outer peripheral part on the outdoor side, and the attachment auxiliary member is made from a long member arranged over the longitudinal direction of the existing lower frame on the outdoor side of the existing lower frame, and includes a fixing part fixed to the existing lower frame, and a counter piece extending downward from the fixing part toward the outdoor side and positioned above the engaging piece of the new lower frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
