EARTHEN FLOOR STRUCTURE AND BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance degree of freedom of an earthen floor layout, even in an area projecting over a part where a column cannot be installed, by improving stability of the area.SOLUTION: An earthen floor structure has an earthen floor (vestibule earthen floor 308) formed after removing a part of floor beams (longer-side floor beams 301a, 301b) of a pair of adjacent building units 300A, 300B, over the pair of adjacent building units 300A, 300B at the removed part. A projected area 310 is formed at one of the pair of building units 300a, 300B, the projected area projecting inward of the partially removed floor beam (longer-side floor beam 301a) and along a contour of the earthen floor. A peripheral edge of the projected area 310 is supported from below by an earth retaining wall 360 surrounding the earthen floor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】柱を設置できない部分に張り出した領域があったとしても当該領域の安定性を高めることで、土間レイアウトの自由度を高める。【解決手段】隣接する一対の建物ユニット３００Ａ，３００Ｂの床梁（長辺床梁３０１ａ，３０１ｂ）の一部を取り除いて、この取り除いた部分によって前記一対の建物ユニット３００Ａ，３００Ｂを跨がるように土間（玄関土間３０８）が形成される土間構造である。一対の建物ユニット３００Ａ，３００Ｂの一方には、一部が取り除かれた床梁（長辺床梁３０１ａ）から内側に向けて前記土間の外形に沿うように張り出す張出領域３１０が形成されている。張出領域３１０の周縁は、土間の周囲を囲む土留め３６０によって下方から支持されている。【選択図】図２
