FLOOR STRUCTURE, FLOOR BEAM AND BUILDING UNIT
To eliminate the need for changing a whole structure in the width direction of a floor frame mainly when a unit bath having a width narrower than the width dimension of the floor frame is replaced.SOLUTION: An opening part 23 formed inside a floor frame 4 of a building unit 5 to install a unit bath 2 with a width 22 narrower than the width dimension 21 of the floor frame 4, and a remaining floor 24 formed inside the floor frame 4 adjacent to the opening part 23 in the width direction Y are provided. A boundary beam 26 is installed along a boundary part 25 between the opening part 23 and the remaining floor 24. An overhang member is attached to the underside of the boundary beam 26 that extends toward the side of the opening part 23. Between the boundary beam 26 and the floor frame 4 in the opening part 23, a plurality of floor beams 28 extending in the width direction Y are installed in parallel and the floor beams 28 are held with their ends on the overhanging members. 【課題】主に、床枠の幅寸法よりも幅の狭いユニットバスを交換する場合に、床枠の幅方向の全体の構造を変えなくても済むようにする。【解決手段】建物ユニット5の床枠4の内側に形成された、床枠4の幅寸法21よりも幅22の狭いユニットバス2を設置する開口部23と、床枠4の内側に開口部23と幅方向Yに隣接して形成された残り床24と、を備える。開口部23と残り床24との境界部25に沿って境界梁26が設置される。境界梁26の下面に開口部23の側へ張り出す張出部材が取付けられる。開口部23内の境界梁26と床枠4との間に、幅方向Yへ延びる床小梁28が複数本平行に設置されると共に、床小梁28は、端部を張出部材の上に載せて保持される。床小梁28の端部と境界梁26との間に隙間埋め材29を介在した状態で、床小梁28の端部が境界梁26に開口部23の側から固定されている。【選択図】図4
