STEP LADDER, EXPANSION LEG STRUCTURE FOR LADDER BODY, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE EXPANSION LEG OF LADDER BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step ladder, an expansion leg structure for a ladder body, and a manufacturing method for the expansion leg of a ladder body of even greater convenience.SOLUTION: An expansion leg of which a length may be adjusted by expansion/contraction is disposed at a leg part of a pair of support posts on right and left constituting a ladder body. The expansion leg includes an insertion part through which a linear vertical member having a longer-side oriented roughly in a vertical direction is to be inserted, a plate member disposed inside the insertion part, and an operation part for adjusting a gap between the vertical member and the plate member. A first irregularity engaging surface is formed on a side surface of the vertical member in the longer-side direction, and a second irregularity engaging surface is formed on a side of the plate member facing the vertical member. The vertical member is fixed in the insertion part when the first irregularity engaging surface comes in contact with the second irregularity engaging surface by being operated by the operation part. The vertical member inside the insertion part is unlocked when the first irregularity engaging surface and the second irregularity engaging surface are separated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】より使い勝手がよい脚立、梯子体の伸縮脚構造、および、梯子体の伸縮脚の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】梯子体を構成する左右一対の支柱の脚部には、脚の長さを伸縮調整可能な伸縮脚が設けられており、前記伸縮脚は、略上下方向に長手方向を配向させた直線状の縦部材が挿通される挿通部と、前記挿通部の内部に配設された板部材と、前記縦部材と前記板部材との間隔を調整するための操作部と、を有し、前記縦部材の側面には長手方向に沿って第1凹凸係合面が形成されており、前記板部材には前記縦部材に対向する側に第2凹凸係合面が形成されており、前記操作部の操作に応じて、前記第1凹凸係合面と前記第2凹凸係合面が当接すると前記挿通部内に前記縦部材が固定され、前記第1凹凸係合面と前記第2凹凸係合面が離間すると前記挿通部内における前記縦部材の固定が解除されることを特徴とする脚立。【選択図】図2
