HYDRAULIC DRIVE SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive system of construction equipment capable of restricting the energy disappearance of hydraulic fluid while securing sufficient acceleration or deceleration when rapidly shifting the control lever of a gyration operation valve.SOLUTION: A hydraulic drive system of construction equipment comprises: a bi-directional pump 16 connected to a gyration motor 17 through a pair of supply/drain lines 31 and 32; a regulator 5 that changes a tilt angle of the bi-directional pump; and a control device 8 that controls the regulator on the basis of a gyration signal outputted from a gyration operation valve 19, in which the control device calculates an indication flow rate determined by a motor flow passing through a gyration motor and the gyration signal during gyration acceleration in which the gyration signal increases; when the indication flow rate is larger than the reference flow rate obtained by adding a specified value to the motor flow, the control device controls the regulator so that the tilt angle of the bi-directional pump to achieve the reference flow rate; and when the indication flow rate is smaller than or equal to the reference flow rate, the control device controls the regulator so that the tilt angle of the bi-directional pump to achieve the indication flow rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】旋回操作弁の操作レバーを速く動かしたときに十分な加速度または減速度を確保しつつ作動油のエネルギーが消失することを抑制できる建設機械の油圧駆動システムを提供する。【解決手段】一対の給排ライン31,32により旋回モータ17と接続された両方向ポンプ16と、両方向ポンプの傾転角を変更するレギュレータ5と、旋回操作弁19から出力される旋回信号に基づいてレギュレータを制御する制御装置8と、を備え、制御装置は、旋回信号が増大する旋回加速時に、旋回モータを通過するモータ流量と、旋回信号から決定される指示流量を算出し、指示流量がモータ流量に所定値を加えた基準流量よりも大きい場合には、両方向ポンプの傾転角が基準流量を実現する傾転角となるようにレギュレータを制御し、指示流量が基準流量以下の場合には、両方向ポンプの傾転角が指示流量を実現する傾転角となるようにレギュレータを制御する。【選択図】図1
