SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSPECTING STEEL FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect existence of a through crack in a deck plate, a U-shaped rib or a welded section between the deck plate and the U-shaped rib in a steel floor slab provided with the U-shaped rib welded to a lower face of the deck plate.SOLUTION: An inspection system for a steel floor slab comprises: observation means 42, 44 and 46 which observes a relation between a parameter dependent on an amount of water vapor and a temperature in air inside a closed space 200 formed by a lower face of a deck plate and an inner face of a U-shaped steel material; and determination means 48 which determines whether or not a through crack is generated at least either in the deck plate, the U-shaped steel material or a welded section between the deck plate and the U-shaped steel material on the basis of the relation between the parameter and the temperature observed by the observation means 42, 44 and 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】デッキプレートの下面に溶接で取り付けられたUリブを備える鋼製床版において、デッキプレート、UリブおよびデッキプレートとUリブとの溶接部のうちの少なくともいずれかに存在する貫通亀裂の有無を簡便に検出する。【解決手段】デッキプレートの下面とU字形の鋼材の内面で形成される閉鎖空間200の中の空気について、水蒸気量に依存するパラメータと気温との関係を観測する観測手段42、44、46と、前記観測手段42、44、46で観測された前記パラメータと気温との関係に基づき、前記デッキプレート、前記U字形の鋼材および前記デッキプレートと前記U字形の鋼材との溶接部のうちの少なくともいずれかに貫通亀裂が生じているか否かを判断する判断手段48と、を備える。【選択図】図6
