PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow remover for a roof capable of safely and automatically removing snow from the roof.SOLUTION: A snow remover 1 for a roof comprises a shovel 8 moving up and down in an inclined direction of a roof R of a building B, and a slider 7 reciprocating the shovel 8 in the inclined direction. The shovel 8 comprises a bottom plate disposed along the roof, and a standing part standing upward from the bottom plate. The shovel 8 cuts and slide the snow on the roof to remove it while moving up in the inclined direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
