CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR MEMBRANE ROOF STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a membrane roof structure that curtails a construction period for the roof structure, thereby allowing construction work on a ground to start early and curtail the construction period for completing a facility significantly, thus resolving problems with conventional technologies.SOLUTION: A construction method for a membrane roof structure of the present invention includes the steps for manufacturing a membrane roof unit, manufacturing an accommodation box body, installing the membrane roof unit, connecting the membrane roof units in an opening/closing shaft direction, connecting the membrane roof units in a direction orthogonal to the opening/closing shaft direction, installing the accommodation box body, and laying a traveling rail. In the step for installing the membrane roof unit, a cart is moved by sliding for installing the membrane roof unit at a prescribed position inside an accommodation space. In the step for installing the accommodation box body, the accommodation box body housing the membrane roof unit is hoisted to and installed at a prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解消することであり、すなわち屋根構造を構築する工期を従来よりも短縮することで、地上作業の早期着手を実現し、施設完成までの工期を大幅に短縮することのできる膜屋根構造構築方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明の膜屋根構造構築方法は、膜屋根ユニット製作工程と、収容函体製作工程、膜屋根ユニット設置工程、開閉軸方向膜屋根ユニット連結工程、開閉軸直角方向膜屋根ユニット連結工程、収容函体設置工程、走行レール張設工程を備えた方法である。このうち膜屋根ユニット設置工程では、台車をスライド移動させることで収容空間内の所定位置に膜屋根ユニットが設置され、収容函体設置工程では、膜屋根ユニットを収容した状態の収容函体が所定位置まで吊り上げられて設置される。【選択図】図１４
