SHEET-LIKE MORTAR AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SHEET-LIKE MORTAR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like mortar applicable for a coke oven and capable of reducing construction period of new construction and repair of the coke oven by largely reducing work processes for applying the mortar and capable of stabilizing quality of a construction article by eliminating the influence of skill level of operators.SOLUTION: There is provided a mortar containing a powder type fire resistant raw material containing SiOof 85% or more, water and an adhesive and formed in a sheet shape. There is provided a sheet-like mortar, where mixing percentage of water and the adhesive is 20% to 40% by mass ratio based on the powder type fire resistant raw material, maximum particle diameter of the powder type fire resistant raw material is 2 mm or less, percentage of particles having particle diameter of over 1 mm contained in the powder type fire resistant raw material is 5 mass% or less and the adhesive is an organic adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】コークス炉に適用可能で、モルタルを塗布する作業工程を大幅に低減して、コークス炉の新設・補修の工期を短縮することができ、また、作業者の技能レベルの影響を無くし、施工品の品質を安定化することができるシート状モルタルおよびシート状モルタルの施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】ＳｉＯ2を８５％以上含む粉末状の耐火性原料と、水および接着剤とを含みシート状に形成したモルタル。前記粉末状の耐火性原料に対する、水及び前記接着剤の混合率が、質量比で２０％〜４０％であり、前記粉末状の耐火性原料の最大粒径が２ｍｍ以下であり、前記粉末状の耐火性原料に含まれる粒径１ｍｍ超の粒子の比率が５質量％以下であり、前記接着剤が、有機系接着剤であるシート状モルタル。【選択図】なし
