AUTOMATIC LATCHING DEVICE OF DRAWING-TYPE FITTINGS, AND DRAWING-TYPE FITTINGS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic latching device of drawing-type fittings in which the operability of unlocking is improved and the cost of manufacturing is reduced.SOLUTION: An automatic latching device of drawing-type fittings includes: a base body 2 attached to an upper frame B1; an elastic piece 3 projected from a wall 2A to a rear E1 of the base body 2 and formed with a locking part 3A on the rear end upper surface; an operating body 4 supported to the base body 2 in a front and rear slidable manner, provided with a plate-like part 5 positioned above the elastic piece 3, and formed with a locking part 5A on the rear end lower surface of the plate-like part 5; and an elastic material 6 for biasing the operating body 4 to a rear E1. In an unlocking state R, the locking part 5A is locked to the locking part 3A, and a tip part of the elastic piece 3 is exposed to the lower position of an upper rail R1 from the rear end of the plate-like part 5 sliding to a front E2. The tip part of the elastic piece 3 is depressed by the upper rail R1 by the positioning work, and therefore the locking between the locking part 3A and the locking part 5A is unlocked, the operating body 4 moves to the rear E1 by the biasing force of the elastic material 6, and the plate-like part 5 is positioned below the upper rail R1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】解除操作性の向上及び製造コストの低減を実現できる引き形式の建具の自動外れ止め装置を提供する。【解決手段】上框Ｂ１に取り付けられる基体２、基体２の壁２Ａから後方Ｅ１へ突出し、後端部上面に係止部３Ａが形成された弾性片３、基体２に対して前後スライド可能に支持され、弾性片３の上方に位置する板状部５が設けられ、板状部５の後端部下面に係止部５Ａが形成された操作体４、及び操作体４を後方Ｅ１へ付勢する弾性体６を備えた。解除状態Ｒでは、係止部３Ａに係止部５Ａが係止されると共に、前方Ｅ２へスライドした板状部５の後端から弾性片３の先端部が上レールＲ１の下方位置に露出する。建込み作業によって上レールＲ１により弾性片３の先端部が押し下げられるため、係止部３Ａ及び係止部５Ａの係止が外れ、弾性体６の付勢力で操作体４が後方Ｅ１へ移動して板状部５が上レールＲ１の下方に位置する。【選択図】図７
