EXTENSION METHOD FOR UNDERGROUND FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a renovation method by base-isolation for a pile foundation structure and a temporary structure that may be constructed readily, without being restricted by a layout of existing piles and strength of a foundation body.SOLUTION: An extension method for an underground facility includes the following steps for: excavating underneath an existing foundation body 2 and exposing a pile head of an existing pile 1; installing an anchor 5 in the exposed portion of the existing pile 1; forming a new foundation body 4 enfolding the anchor 5 underneath the existing foundation body 2; forming a through-hole on the pile head; installing a bearing girder 6 in the through-hole and supporting both ends of the bearing girder with a temporary support member erected on the new foundation body 4; supporting the existing foundation body 2 with the temporary support member with the bearing girder 6 in between; removing the exposed portion of the existing pile 1; installing an additional seismic isolator 9 between the new foundation body 4 and the existing foundation body 2; supporting the existing foundation body 2 with the seismic isolator 9; and removing the temporary support member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】既設杭の配置や基礎体の強度等に制限されることなく、簡易に施工することが可能な杭基礎構造物の免震化改修方法および仮設構造を提供する。【解決手段】既設基礎体2の下方を掘削して既設杭1の杭頭部を露出させる工程と、既設杭1の露出部分にアンカー5を植設する工程と、既設基礎体2の下方にアンカー5を巻き込んだ状態で新設基礎体4を形成する工程と、杭頭部に貫通孔を形成する工程と、貫通孔に受桁6を設置するとともに、新設基礎体4に立設させた仮支持材により受桁の両端部を支持する工程と、既設基礎体2を受桁6を介して仮支持材で支持する工程と、既設杭1の露出部分を撤去する工程と、新設基礎体4と既設基礎体2との間に免震装置9を増設する工程と、既設基礎体2を免震装置9で支持する工程と、仮支持材を撤去する工程とを備えている。【選択図】図6
