The present invention relates to an underground facility having a new structure, capable of saving cooling and heating costs by easily maintaining temperature, and a construction method thereof. A construction structure of the underground facility according to the present invention can maintain a constant temperature as a facility body (10) is constructed to be buried into the ground surface (1). Therefore, the underground facility can save cooling and heating costs by saving electricity or fuel for controlling temperature. Specifically, a cover member (12) is formed as a corrugated steel plate is bent in an arc shape. So, the cover member (12) is manufactured at low costs. Moreover, the cover member (12) is light. Therefore, the cover member (12) can be easily transported and constructed.
본 발명은 온도유지가 용이하여 냉난방비를 절감할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 지하시설물 및 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지하시설물 시공구조에 따르면, 상기 시설물본체(10)가 지면(1)에 매립되도록 시공됨으로, 온도가 일정하게 유지되며, 이에 따라, 온도를 조절함에 따른 연료 도는 전기를 절약하여 냉난방비를 절감할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 특히, 상기 덮개부재(12)는 파형강판을 호형상으로 벤딩하여 구성됨으로, 덮개부재(12)를 저렴하게 제작할 수 있으면서, 무게가 가벼워 운반과 시공이 용이한 장점이 있다.
