PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rammer that is less likely to affect an engine adversely in terms of heat and induce output decline.SOLUTION: An air cleaner 8 is fitted on a top part of a rammer body, with a bracket 9 in between. An exhaust flow channel is formed between the bracket 9 and the top part of the rammer body, for discharging cooling exhaust 31 in a forward direction from an engine cooling fan disposed behind the rammer body. An air suction port 29 is disposed in a front part of the air cleaner 8. A flow regulating part 9e is disposed between the air cleaner 8 and the exhaust flow channel, the flow regulating part protruding forward of the air suction port 29. The flow regulating part 9e separates the cooling exhaust 31 from an introduction flow 33 into an air introduction part 19c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
