PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION BEAM MEMBER, HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION BEAM MEMBER, FOUNDATION STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FOUNDATION STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete foundation beam member that prevents intrusion by water and termite into a foundation and may be constructed by casting concrete at a site only once, along with a height adjustment member for dealing flexibly with frozen depth and high foundation when constructing a foundation using the precast foundation beam member, as well as a foundation structure and a construction method for the foundation structure using the members.SOLUTION: A height adjustment member is installed between a leg part of a foundation beam member and a positioning metal fitting, and a water cutoff wall is formed that hangs from an undersurface of the foundation beam member and covering an entire area in a longer-side direction to cover the leg part. The water cutoff wall makes a cross-section shape of a cold joint part formed between an undersurface of the water cutoff wall and a continuous bottom plate (bearing plate) almost Z-shaped, bent at two locations, thereby preventing intrusion by moisture contained in a banking and termite into the foundation. Also, the height adjustment member is installed to eliminate a need to cast concrete for raising a ground, at a location with a deep frozen depth or where a high foundation is needed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 基礎内部への水分及びシロアリの侵入を防止できると共に現場でのコンクリートの打設が一度で済むプレキャストコンクリート基礎梁部材、このプレキャストコンクリート基礎梁部材を使用して基礎施工を行う際の凍結深度及び高基礎に柔軟に対応できる高さ調節部材、これら部材を用いた基礎構造及びこの基礎構造の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】 基礎梁部材の脚部と位置決め金具との間に高さ調節部材を配置し、また、基礎梁部材の下面から長手方向の全域に亘って脚部を覆う位置まで垂れ下がる止水壁を設ける。止水壁によってその下面とべた底盤(耐圧盤)との間にできるコールドジョイント部の断面形状が2つの屈曲箇所を持つほぼZ形状になり、盛土の水分やシロアリが基礎の内部へ侵入することを防止できる。また、高さ調節部材を配置することで、凍結深度が深い地域や高基礎が必要となる箇所において、地盤嵩上げ用コンクリートの打設が不要になる。【選択図】図3
