PRECAST CONCRETE FOUNDATION BEAM STRUCTURE
To provide a foundation beam structure in which a through hole can be efficiently formed at a predetermined position of a precast foundation beam.SOLUTION: A foundation beam structure consists of a foundation beam 5 in which through holes 50, 60, 70 are formed in a beam width direction and a pile head foundation 8. A pair of precast beam members 10 facing each other in the beam width direction in which preceding openings are formed at positions the through holes 50 are planned to be formed or areas which plan to include the through holes 50 are placed on a bottom board so as to have a first joint space S1 in the beam width direction and a second joint space S2 between itself and the pile head foundation 8. A pipe member 40 that makes the preceding holes of the pair of precast beam members 10 whose formation positions are determined among the preceding holes communicate is provided in the first joint space S1. Cast-in-place concrete 20 is placed in the first joint space S1 and the second joint space S2 excluding a pipe member position, and the through holes 50, 60, 70 are formed in the beam width direction of the foundation beam 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 プレキャスト基礎梁の所定位置に貫通孔を効率良く形成することができる基礎梁構造を提供する。【解決手段】 梁幅方向に貫通孔50,60,70が形成された基礎梁5と杭頭部基礎8との基礎梁構造であって、貫通孔50の形成が予定された位置あるいは貫通孔50を含むように予定された範囲に先行開孔が形成された、梁幅方向に対向する1対のプレキャスト梁部材10が、梁幅方向に第1の接合空間S1を、杭頭部基礎8との間に第2の接合空間S2を有するように底盤上に載置され、先行開孔のうち、形成位置が確定した1対のプレキャスト梁部材10の先行開孔同士間を連通する管部材40が第1の接合空間S1内に設けられ、管部材位置を除く第1の接合空間S1と第2の接合空間S2に現場打ちコンクリート20が打設され、貫通孔50,60,70が基礎梁5の梁幅方向に形成された。【選択図】 図1
